Your Own Inner Light to Guide You

There comes a time when you must stand alone. You must feel confident enough within yourself to follow your own drAllow eams. You must be willing to make sacrifices. You must be capable of changing and rearranging your priorities so that your final goal can be achieved.Sometimes, familiarity and comfort need to be challenged. There are times when you must take a few extra chances and create your own realities.Be strong enough to at least try to make your life better.Be confident enough that you won't settle for a compromise just to get by.Appreciate yourself by allowing yourself the opportunities to grow, develop, and find your true sense of purpose in this life.Don't stand in someone else's shadow when it's your sunlight that should lead the way.

Muddy Gap?

So let me explain. I went to Wyoming to meet with a family about some painting they wanted done for their home... They live in a small town in Wyoming and are building the most beautiful home. So I had an idea of what it is that they wanted and knew it would be no problem. OK but the problem was this. Wyoming ( at least where i was ) is out there. Not a lot of Home Depot or Lowe's type stores. The nearest Home Depot was almost 300 miles away! So getting supplies was unreal. I needed a leathering brush. Mine was not working correctly. Well I guess faux painting isn't a big thing because the closest thing I could find was a car washing brush. Well, long story short.... We couldn't get supplies. Needed to change colors and would have to wait for them to be shipped in. So I am home ( don't worry they were so nice and paid me very well!!!) until the right materials are there. So here is how "Muddy Gap" comes into play. So I had been driving for about 5 1/2 hours. So close to my destination. When the inevitable happens... Gotta Go! BAD!!! So I am traveling alone and don't want to go to some crazy bar or truck stop. I see a granny with a walker, kids and families out side of the Sweet Water Station. Looks nice and safe. Decide to go there. So away I go. Well I make the smallest right turn ( which was marked exactly the same as the other road). So I figure I am back on the main road. WRONG!!! I end op almost an hour later in a place called Muddy Gap. They say it is a town. I think not. Towns actually have people who live in them. I see 4 trailers a bar/grocery, a few scary dudes on lawn furniture. OK so this is how Muddy Gap ties in. So I finally arrive at the job. Meet the people, dogs, see house. Feeling good. They ask where I stopped. I told them. Then they freaked me out by telling my what recently happened at Sweet Water. A lady and man go to the bathroom. Girl goes in. Man jumps out in WOMEN'S CLOTHING and slits her throat. The arrest the guy and find him in the town of Muddy Gap in women's clothing. Could have been the exact place I was standing. Who knows. I will probably have to go back to Wyoming for this job again soon, but will defiantly not be stopping in either Muddy Gap or Sweet Water Station. I said I would take pictures but I didn't think you all would wat to look at pictures of cows :)

"Three Amigos"

Fun night at the longest dance recital ever! Jocie and her friends are in a cute dance class. They had their recital tonight at the high school. Last year there were about 20 dances. This year there were almost 60. Jocelyn's numbers were 10 and 43. We sat through every 3 year old dance possible. Mason and his friend Hudson were flipping out about 29 dances in. The girls had fun.
